Yes, we're confident you will. This place is truly charming with its plants, pictures of plants, and bright white walls. The location in relaxed Puerta del Ángel is also a win... as is having a washing machine.

You're going to enjoy having three different balconies. No need to share your fresh air. And because you are a bit further away from the city centre, the air really is fresh.

We think this is the ideal home for a young student or professional couple looking for a peaceful neighbourhood that's close to the city centre.

  • The bedroom is simple, uncluttered, and zen. Just how it should be.
  • There are lots of big parks nearby for weekend strolls or morning jogs.
  • Small pets are allowed. Hamster, gerbil, perhaps a gecko? They're all possible.

This is a comfortable 3rd-floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Calle de Doña Urraca in west Madrid. It has a bright and welcoming living area, a cosy bedroom, and three balconies.

For those looking for somewhere relaxed and laidback, away from the chaotic centre, this is a great choice. The fact pets are allowed (small ones, mind you) makes it even better.

What we liked the most

  • Waking up stress free - it helps when your bedroom is simple and zen.
  • Getting your nature fix at the weekend - there are lots of parks nearby.
  • Buying a pet with your loved one - it's a big step.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
