La casa esta totalmente renovada con nueva cocina y muebles de diseño en tonos rojos y negros, las fotos que verás en tonos blancos y naranjas no corresponden a como esta el piso ahora, se renovó tod el año pasdo. El portal no permite cambiar y reorganizar fotos con independencia. El barrio tiene cada vez más vida, pues hay bastante oferta comercial y de restauración. El apartamento esta a diez minutos andando del metro de puerta del sol, diez de metro sevilla y veinte minutos de la estación de tren de atocha, todo a pie!.

This is a cute 2nd-floor, 1-bedroom apartment on Calle de Echegaray right in the heart of Madrid. It has a bright living area, a balcony overlooking the street below and the perk of a washing machine.

For those looking for an authentic taste of Madrid - and to be surrounded by life and activity - this property really is the one for you.

What we liked the most

  • Snuggling down in bed - feeling a million miles from the crazy city outside.
