This 1-bedroom apartment consists of an open-plan kitchen and living area, a clever way to the make the most of the space, and then a bedroom and bathroom up a small flight of stairs, which also helps the property to feel bigger than it is. The apartment is equipped with AC, a washing machine and microwave, and also has a TV.
Moncloa is a friendly and welcoming neighbourhood, ideal for students but also great for professionals. It has all the necessary amenities as well as parks and a range of bars, restaurants and cafes for you to explore.
What we liked the most
- AC will be a real bonus during the hot Madrid summers.
- With a washing machine available, you won't need to make any more trips to the laundrette.
- You can enjoy your meals at the dining table or in front of the TV, depending on your mood.
- There is a Crossfit around the corner, perfect if you are a bit of a gym bunny.
- The property is a 20-minute walk from Rosaleda del Parque del Oeste, just one of the many lovely parks in this area.
