The house has wood flooring throughout, AC units, and a cute outdoor patio. The bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the upper floor, with the common areas and toilet on the ground. There is a rectangular layout with the dining area by the entrance then leading you to a cozy living room, and finally to the equipped kitchen.
Colonia de Moscardó is the perfect neighborhood if you are looking for a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. On Calle Jerusalén, you are in an ideal location just 5 minutes away from a metro station and commercial streets lined with bars, cafes, and shops. If you love being around nature, you can also take advantage of the many parks you have nearby.
