This spacious and modern 1-bedroom apartment, which has AC, is available to rent on Calle Lagasca. The apartment is perfect for hosting friends and family as it has a large living room with a comfy couch, a coffee table and a dining table and there is a TV where you can watch your favorite shows. The property has a small but useful kitchen which has enough space for 1 person to prepare a meal and the bedroom is cosy and furnished with a single bed.
Salamanca is a fashionable area in the north of Madrid which is home to the city's most exclusive shopping district, Paseo de la Castellana. You will also find lots of excellent restaurants and live close to the IE Business School. The vast and beautiful Retiro Park is only a 20-minute walk away and there are well-served metro stations nearby for when you want to connect with the rest of Madrid.
What we liked the most
- The property is modern and elegantly furnished throughout.
- The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, you will love this during the summer.
- The location is excellent. Living here you will be in one of the most fashionable areas of Madrid and be well-connected to the rest of the city.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is small so preparing a meal with friends might be difficult.
