This contemporary 1-bedroom apartment is located in Chueca on Calle de Hortaleza, close to the heart of Madrid. Recently renovated, everything is brand new including the microwave oven, stove, washing machine and double bed.

Centrally located, you will find this apartment is surrounded by shops and restaurants, and is located close to popular bars. If you’d like to explore the historic side of Madrid, the 16th century Monasterio de las Descalzas Reales is only a 10-minute walk away.

What we liked the most

  • There is a large wardrobe in the bedroom.
  • The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
  • The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
  • There is AC to keep you cool in the warmer months.
  • The apartment is very chic and modern.

Things to keep in mind

  • This apartment is an interior apartment, although windows do catch some light during the day.
  • Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
