Accessibility is a standout feature, thanks to the efficient public transportation system, especially the metro, with the nearest station being Lucero (Line 6).
While Lucero doesn't host universities within its core, its strategic location allows easy access to prominent educational institutions in Madrid via the metro, such as the Complutense University of Madrid in Moncloa, the Polytechnic University of Madrid with its various campuses, ESIC University, and Rey Juan Carlos University. In addition to business schools like IE Business School and EAE Business School, among others.
Living in Lucero, you'll find numerous shops, restaurants, and local parks, such as the Olivar Park. And within a few minutes by public transport, you can enjoy the Madrid Amusement Park.

This modern studio features a unique layout where the kitchen and bedroom area is elevated by a few steps and separated from the rest of the space by a half-wall, creating visual and functional distinction.
The lower area contains the living room, with a comfortable sofa in neutral tones and a contemporary coffee table. In front of the sofa, a flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, along with floating shelves for decorative storage.
The kitchen, located in the elevated section, is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and washing machine. Next to it, there is a dining table for two. The bedroom, also in the elevated area, includes a double bed, bedside tables, and two large wardrobes.
The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, in keeping with the studio’s modern and functional design.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
