While Lucero doesn't host universities within its core, its strategic location allows easy access to prominent educational institutions in Madrid via the metro, such as the Complutense University of Madrid in Moncloa, the Polytechnic University of Madrid with its various campuses, ESIC University, and Rey Juan Carlos University. In addition to business schools like IE Business School and EAE Business School, among others.
Living in Lucero, you'll find numerous shops, restaurants, and local parks, such as the Olivar Park. And within a few minutes by public transport, you can enjoy the Madrid Amusement Park.

This spacious studio with an open-plan design features a double-height separation where the kitchen and bedroom area are elevated by a few steps and divided by a half-wall, giving the space a modern and refined look.
In the living area, located on the lower level, there is a comfortable sofa in neutral tones, along with a modern coffee table. In front of the sofa, a flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, next to floating shelves for books and decorations.
The kitchen, located in the elevated area, is fully equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and washing machine. Next to the kitchen, there is a dining table for two. In the same elevated section, the bedroom features a double bed, two bedside tables, and two spacious wardrobes.
The independent bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, maintaining the studios modern and functional style.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
