This fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in Madrid City Centre is equipped with AC and can accommodate up to 6 people. The 77 m² property is beautifully presented and has a bright open plan kitchen and living area and a modern bathroom with a washing machine.
The apartment has a privileged location, only 2 minutes from Puerta del Sol and close to some of the best the city has to offer. You will find shops, restaurants, bars, museums and cultural attractions nearby, and there are plenty of public transport options within walking distance.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is exquisitely decorated throughout.
- The living room is furnished with a dining table, sofa and television.
- The AC units can also be used as heaters.
- The exposed wooden beams in the ceiling add to the overall charm.
- The living room and bedroom 2 have windows with lovely street views.
- The Gran Via and Plaza Mayor are within walking distance.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen does not have an oven, but there is a microwave and stove.
- The landlady would prefer to rent the apartment to postgraduate students or professionals.
- Bedroom 1 does not have a window.
