4-bedroom apartment (3 + 1 service room) with 235 m² of built space, located on the sixth floor of a family building from 1976.

Upon entering the apartment, we find a hallway that divides the home into day and night areas, with a guest toilet.

In the day area, there is a living-dining room with 2.70-meter-high ceilings, covering 36 m², facing Southwest, and offering direct access to a 15 m² terrace. The terrace features sliding doors that completely hide behind the wall. It is equipped with a net to prevent birds from entering, as well as a sunshade and large folding glass windows that make the terrace usable both in summer and winter.

In the night area, there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is 18 m², facing West, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and large, well-designed built-in wardrobes. The other two bedrooms are both doubles, measuring 12 and 9 m² respectively, and they share a bathroom with a bathtub.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Neff brand appliances, high-quality cabinetry, and ample storage space. Next to the kitchen is the service room with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower, as well as an ironing area and laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Additional features include central heating with individual consumption, ducted air conditioning, electric blinds, the possibility of a garage space in the same building with direct access, armored door, children's play area, physical doorman, accessibility for people with reduced mobility, and a storage room.
