  • Método de pago: Transferencia bancaria (las transferencias nacionales son gratuitas)
  • Posibilidad de domiciliación: no
  • Edad máxima permitida para inquilinos: 40 en las habitaciones y sin límite de edad para los pisos completos.
  • Las facturas están incluidas en el precio, pero con un límite para electricidad y gas.
  • Si el consumo de servicios de electricidad y gas excede la cantidad fijada, la diferencia la pagará el inquilino.
  • Ropa de cama y toallas se entrega 1 juego a su llegada, no se reemplazan, si necesitan mas deberán llevarlo ellos
  • Tarifa de limpieza de salida: 100€ a pagarse en la firma del contrato.
  • Alquilamos mínimo 1 mes y máximo 360 días
  • Fumar está permitido: No

Información de entrada/salida:

  • Registrarse: Lunes - Domingo: 16:00h - 21:00h
  • Durante el fin de semana o días festivos, el check-in es posible únicamente si todo se organiza antes del viernes a las 13:00h
  • Si no, quedara el check in para entrar el próximo lunes o día despues del festivo sin excepción.
  • Solicitudes de reservas que se acepten los Viernes a partir de las 13:00 horas, sábados y domingo; se aceptaran condicionado a que la entrega de la vivienda sea el lunes a partir de las 16:00h
  • Independientemente de que marque en su solicitud alguna de estas fechas. Las reservas aceptadas en festivo seran para entrar el dia siguiente.
  • Salida : Hora máxima de chec-out 10:00 am del día siguiente. Es decir, un contrato que finaliza el día 31 podría marcharse el día sigueinte a las 10 de la mañana máximo.
  • Firmar el contrato y pagar el depósito.
  • Firmará el contrato y pagará antes de mudarse a la propiedad ( recordamos que en nuestro caso esta la fianza, la comisión y todo incluido en el precio. Por lo que no deberan pagar deposito)

  • Estamos para atenderlo de lunes a viernes de 10:00h a 18:00h una vez esté dentro del piso.

Bajo ninguna circunstancia podemos alquilar si no se envía la documentacion previamente, si no se ha completado el pago o si no se ha firmado el contrato.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
