- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

- Please note that if you are staying for 6 months or less you are required to pay the full rental amount, including the deposit, upfront and within 48 hours from the moment you receive the payment link from the landlord and you also must sign a tenancy agreement with the landlord. This agreement includes a non-refund policy once the payment is made.
- Payment for security deposit and exit cleaning fee has to be made at least 24 hours before check-in day by credit card or bank transfer.
- Contract: you will need to sign a rental contract covering the period of your booking (before you move in)
- If the price shown for utility bills is exceeded, the extra amount will be deducted from your deposit
- Required documentation:
- ID / Passport
- Recent paychecks / Bank statement
- Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish, Portuguese and French
- Your landlord does not live on the property.

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
