The prices are for single occupants. For double occupancy the price is +40£/weeek
SPECIAL PAYMENT POLICY: The suggested payment timeline on the booking confirmation does not apply. The landlord will request a full month of rent (minus one week already paid as a holding deposit) within 5 days from the acceptance of your booking along with half month's deposit.
