  • THIS PROPERTY IS ONE OF A SET. THIS MEANS THAT THERE ARE SOME OTHER ALMOST IDENTICAL UNITS IN THE BUIDLING. WHAT YOU SEE ABOVE MAY BE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT TO WHAT YOU ACTUALLY RENT.

  • Overnight guests permitted: yes
  • Utilities are an additional £150 per month for studios and £100 per month for rooms, which is paid to the landlord
  • Electricity is paid by the tenant separately and either works with a power key or it has a cost of 75£ per month
  • Payment method: cash; bank transfer; debit card, credit card (small fee applies for card payment)
  • Check-in/out:
    • Check-in hours: 12:00-18:00 (Monday- Friday)
    • Check-out hours: before 10:00
    • Out-of-hours check-in: £25
  • Required Documentation:
    • ID / Passport
    • No references are needed!
  • The first payment must be settled before moving in
  • Monthly rent is due by the 27th of each month and can be paid by transfer (5% fee) or cash upon notice (20£ fee)
  • Shared laundry facilities
  • All studios and rooms have a private fridge
  • FOR LESS THAN 6 MONTHS STAY THERE IS A SHORT-LET FEE OF ONE WEEK (This is a one-off payment)

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
