The flat is located in Kilburn, a peaceful residential area, which is within easy reach of central London. You'll find plenty of shops, supermarkets and pharmacies in the area, and the picturesque Kilburn Grange Park is just a short stroll away. Public transport is handy, making it easy to move around the city.
What we liked the most

- The maximum initial term is 3 months but you can extend your stay after that by providing enough notice to the landlord

- Passport/Visa/ (Pre)settled status if needed.
- Guarantor letter if you are a student or unemployed
- 3 months' payslip or bank statement if you are a professional to prove you can pay the rent
- No more than one week between the available date and the check-in day is allowed.
If you do not complete the documentation successfully, you will need to pay for the whole rent upfront.
