What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?
This charming studio is part of Julia’s Pateo where there are other four small villas that share a common outdoor Pateo. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood but just five min walk from the train, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. One Km to the beach and to Nova University Business School. Ideal for one or two people on longer stays. The bedroom has a working area. You have a private bathroom with shower and your own kitchen.
Lisboa is only twenty min. away on the train by the seaside.

Prepare to crush hard on this one.

You will love the location. Grab your surfboard and head to Praia de Carcavelos, it's within walking distance of the apartment. Ok, maybe not the surfboard... SUP?
We think it's ideal for a couple of laid-back students. The apartment is not very big, but it's cosy enough to live comfortably. The decor is cute, too.

- Praia de Carcavelos is a 20-minute walk away.

This is a nifty little ground floor, studio apartment on Rua Gonçalves Crespo, Lisbon. It has a compact kitchen, it's close to the beach, and it comes with your very own personal bicycle.
We think it's perfect for athletic students. Whether you wanna ride your bike along the coast, or get some swimming in at the beach, this sun-drenched spot has you covered. Smoker? You can puff away in the patio.
What we liked the most
- Enjoying a coffee on the patio – that's the spot.
- Biking around Carcavelos – nothing like a little cardio.
- Relaxing at the beach – sea, sand, and fun.
Things to keep in mind
- There's no washing machine – no probs, just find the nearest laundromat and you're all set.
- One of the beds can be taken away and be replaced by a bigger desk or wardrobe.
- The refrigerator in the kitchen is half-sized.
