Not to any additional facilities that may exist in the condo which are not advertised in the listing; Quiet hours must be respected between 22:00 and 8:00, and won’t be allow any guests at this time; Smocking in any indoors areas of the apartment or building is not allowed; All common areas in the apartment (main WC, kitchen, corridor and hall) must be kept clean and tidy after any use; All the goods or belongings of the tenant must remain or be storage in the rented room, or in the storage places given to the tenant, namely: toilet cabinet, kitchen cabinet, and fridge shelf;

Security in the Apartment and Building: Like all the apartment and building users, the tenant should always respect the following the rules so that everyone’s safety is not compromised: Access to the building is done with a door code. Care is requested in the code marking at each use, so that it is not seen by strangers to the building, as well as not to disclose the code to third parties; The apartment door should always be locked, and no key can be left on the door (inside or outside). After entering or leaving the tenant must make use of the key; There are video surveillance systems in the premises, namely: in the building (common areas), and in the common areas of the apartment (hall, corridor and kitchen). Any interference with the aforementioned systems by the tenants is expressly prohibited, and will be cause for contractual termination; At the beginning of this contract, keys for the apartment and the room will be delivered to the tenant, which shall be the responsibility of the tenant until the end of this contract. In case of loss of the keys, the tenant must immediately inform the landlord, so the appropriate measures can be taken. Any related costs will be responsibility of the tenant.
