This charming 5-bedroom apartment on Avenida Almirante Gago Coutinho, in Alvalade is fully furnished and has rooms to rent. The apartment has a stylish living area with a comfortable sofa and small balcony, and 2 nicely tiled bathrooms. The spacious kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and has plenty of cupboard space.
The apartment is located in Alvalade, a central neighbourhood with good public transport links. You'll have local restaurants, bakeries and beer gardens on your doorstep. The beautiful Parque da Bela Vista is close by - stroll the tree-lined avenues on a sunny day and remember to pack a picnic!
What we liked the most
- Alvalade is well connected to the rest of the city - it avoids the noise and crowds of the city centre without being too far away from the action.
- The Fonte Luminosa, a picturesque historical fountain, is just a short stroll from the apartment.
- The apartment has been carefully furnished with fashionable decor, and small but charming details (like the stylish yellow coffee table in the living area).
- The kitchen is modern, fully equipped and has plenty of counter space. Bake a batch of cookies in the oven and win over your new flatmates...
