Apartamento muito luminoso num terceiro andar sem elevador, num prédio sossegado e familiar. Rua muito charmosa e calma com vivendas de veraneio tradicionais. Localiza-se muito perto do centro e da estação de comboios de Parede e da praia da Azarujinha, sendo possível fazer-se tudo a pé em 10 -15 minutos. Existe um supermercado, café, cabeleireiro e esteticista numa rua paralela a 5 minutos a pé. Tem pequena vista de mar na janela da sala virada a sul e do casario nas janelas dos 2 quartos virados a norte.
