A villa with a wide garden and swiming-pool. In a quiet and reserved area surrounded by nature. Only a ten minute walk from the Lagoa de Albufeira beach and not too far from the famous Meco Beach. It is the right location for those who are brave enough to defy the waves of the sea or enjoy the peacefulness of the lagoon next to the ocean.
The garden and building were remodelled a few years ago. Some painting outside and new fencing were added in.
The home and surroundings are appropriate for families with children.
All access to the property except for garage and engineering room.
The Lagoa de Albufeira beach is a reference natural treasure in the Lisbon metropolitan area. It is a peaceful environment, where the beach and the forest meet. The neighbourhood has a number of green areas with playgrounds. The roads are wide and well maintained. There is a bicycle lane all the way to the beach front. On the beach, you will find bars and restaurants, which are a great spot for lunch, during the hottest sun hours or to help you cool down as you enjoy the sunset as you taste the rich flavours of fresh fish caught by local fishermen in Sesimbra. Nearby, at the Alfarim village, you can access fuel pumps, pharmacies, mini-markets and more!
