The special charm of the apartment includes original wooden floors, old-style elements, large windows, and the highlight is the spacious balcony overlooking the garden. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for immediate move-in and is suitable as a primary or secondary residence. The apartment is well-designed, bright, and stylishly furnished.
