With fifty square meters, the apartment is very well suited for a single person, a couple, or a two-person shared flat with two separate rooms. It offers a lovely home in the best location for comfort and relaxation. The special charm of the apartment includes original wooden floors, old-style elements, large windows, and the highlight is the spacious balcony overlooking the garden. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for immediate move-in and is suitable as a primary or secondary residence. The apartment is well-designed, bright, and stylishly furnished.
