This unique city apartment is located on the top 28th floor of Hamburg's highest residential building and landmark, the Mundsburg Tower. From a height of about 100m you have a unique, breathtaking view over the Alster and the skyline of Hamburg. The visitor enters the Apartment Tower via video surveillance. Permanent monitoring of the entrance is also possible via the TV system. Via the elaborately designed reception hall with concierge (from 15-23pm) you reach the two express elevators that take you to the top apartment floor (28th floor) in less than 15 seconds. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and is rented out in the same way. It is covered with high-quality parquet flooring and has about 67 square meters of living space distributed in living / dining area, open fitted kitchen, bedroom, shower room and spacious hallway with a closet that provides ample storage space and space for an additional dryer. Also a small home office space could still be set up here if needed. Upon entering the large living room immediately impresses the almost continuous window front, which offers a unique panoramic view of the Outer Alster in the west over the city park in the north to the Christ Church in eastern Wandsbek. Whether at the dining table or at the counter area of the open kitchen, here every breakfast with a view of the waking Hamburg is special. In the evening, the lights of the big city impress during a romantic dinner for two or a delicious meal with friends.
