se alquila solamente la parte del salón en vez de el sofá con una cama la habitación no estará disponible será solo el estudio con baño y cocina se ha visitado anteriormente y el inquilino esta de acuerdo con las condiciones esta totalmente prohibido fumar en la habitación hacer ruido o molestias .a los compañeros los gastos son aparte tal como se estipula en el piso.setenta euros si hay exceso se cambia a factura

What we liked the most

  • Even though this apartment has 9 rooms, it's very spacious with its 360m2.
  • We really like the spacious and colorful bedrooms - each is fully furnished with its own unique style.
  • This is a perfect opportunity for those who want to live with a lot of flatmates - with 6 people in the apartment we can guarantee you will never feel alone.
  • Some of the rooms have a fantastic third floor balcony view, overlooking Calle Gran Via de Colon.
  • We're absolutely amazed by the size of these rooms - they are incredibly spacious, with an amazing door and plenty of storage. They're all bright and extremely comfortable.
  • To top it all off, all utilities are included in the rent!

Things to keep in mind
