Two-room apartment for rent in Florence, located in via Toscanella on the fourth and top floor of a picturesque building without a lift. The apartment consists of a living room/kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The simply furnished living room offers a common space with the equipped kitchen, equipped with a microwave for your basic culinary needs. A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two additional people, bringing the total capacity of the apartment to 4 people.

The bedroom is set up with a double bed, ensuring a comfortable and peaceful rest. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bidet for daily needs.

A pleasant terrace completes the apartment.

Among the comforts offered, we find a washing machine to facilitate your stay and a TV for moments of relaxation. The apartment is also equipped with WiFi and air conditioning, providing additional comfort during your stay.

The neighborhood is very beautiful and full of charm to the point that many consider it the most "Florentine" of all the districts of the city.

How to get to the apartment

Near the Central Station of Florence, you can take a bus such as number 11 or C4 to reach the apartment in a few minutes. Alternatively, near the station you can take a cab. From Florence's Amerigo Vespucci airport it takes about thirty minutes by car to reach the apartment.

A CONAD supermarket is located in Via de' Bardi 47r about 350 meters away from the apartment. There are several restaurants, bars and pizzerias in both Piazza Santo Spirito and Piazza Pitti.
