The kitchen, living room and bedroom are all open plan creating a large and comfortable living space with plenty of storage space and seating space. The kitchen is fully equipped, ready and waiting for you with modern appliances and utensils at your disposal.

This property is located on Woodvale Drive in Dublin's Clonsilla district. The property is also only a 25-minute walk from Blanchardstown Shopping Centre where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants and pubs, giving you plenty to do in the surrounding area. There is also the Hartstown Park and Millennium Park nearby, so if you're a nature lover or even just want a break from city life, you don't have to go very far. There is also a variety of bus routes that you catch near the property that will take into Dublin city centre in around 40 minutes.
