Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.

Before you book, let’s meet Maureen, the live-in landlady...
Maureen is a retiree in her early 70's who loves fun, social activities.
In her spare time, she walks the gorgeous green country around Dublin or plays bridge. She also likes golf and bowling (and the arts).
Maureen likes to enjoy a cordial-but-professional relationship with her tenants (2 tenants maximum).
And if you are the kind of tenant who is out and about in Dublin during the day, then even better.
Please keep in mind:
One last thing:
When you book, be sure to tell Maureen about yourself and your plans in Dublin. It will help her to understand your needs.
