Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. If any evidence of smoking is found (e.g., smoke odor, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fee of £300 will be charged.
Parties, large gatherings, loud noise, and unregistered guests are not allowed. If we find sufficient evidence of such activities, we reserve the right to cancel your stay without a refund. Security personnel may be involved in the eviction process, with any related costs deducted from your security deposit. In some cases, local authorities may also be contacted.
The apartment is located on the first floor and accessed via one flight of stairs. There is no lift in the building.
