We are just a short walk from the Danube River, and the city's main attractions, MANY UNIVERSITIES, and office buildings are easily accessible from here. A comfortable double bed, fast Wi-Fi connection, and air conditioning are available to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need (air conditioning, a television, bed linens, towels .etc) ONE person only, No PETS, No smoking.

What we liked the most

Our area is new, with many new buildings and good location near to unis. The public transporation oportunities are great in this area.

We have a stabel heating system, good internet, quality furnitures and a tenant only have to bring their own belongings everything else I give. So who moves in just gets everyting from me. Its not just an apartment ist a very well equipped apartment.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
