Landlord policies

1. Dear Tenant:

  • Bills are not included. They are payable to the landlord.-
  • 110 room/month/ per month
  • 130 studio /apartment/ per month

2. From September the minimum stay is 5 months.

  • If someone books in August needs to pay the whole month

3. After the first month rent, the rent will be paid in Euros directly to the landlord.

  • Landlord lives on property: no
  • Deposit: 2 months' rent
  • Payment method: cash
  • Smoking allowed: no
  • Pets permitted: no
  • Overnight guests permitted: no

4. Services:

  • Bedsheet: 7000 HUF bedsheet
  • The final cleaning is 27 000 HUF (studios, apartments, rooms).
  • Age restriction:
    • Only tenants between 18 and 30 years old
  • Documents required:
    • ID / Passport
  • Check-in/out hours:
    • Monday - Sunday: 08:00 - 22:00
    • All other times: yes (consult landlord for details)

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
