Recently renovated, light and airy apartment centrally located in Budapest’s thriving 7th district. Two really nice sized bedrooms (NO lofts, real actual nice sized bedrooms), fully stocked with great new appliances: Fridge, Freezer, Oven, Ceramic Cooktop & Hood, Dishwasher, Microwave, Toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, Washer & Dryer, Smart TV, Fast Wi-Fi service, Underfloor heating and new green environmentally friendly A/C system. The apartment is on the 1st floor (due to an inner floor it’s technically the 2nd floor), there's also a new elevator, great sunlight and a nice breeze. The apartment gives a lovely vibe! Pet friendly is a possibility.

Two full bedrooms – both extra spacious, one even has a very nice walk-in closet. Each room has a large double (inner and external) window. Flat is modern, well insulated and well built offering roommates looking to share lots of privacy. Bathroom and shower are also very nicely done, modern with all amenities.

The front door is accessed by an outdoor walkway, which is lovely as it can be doubled as a balcony, it’s the fifth and last apartment on the floor so no one passes by your door and is very private, tenants tend to leave the door wide open.

The building & flat are extremely quiet as it’s set back from Dob utca (a one way one lane street), overlooking the courtyard. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby as well as some great garden restaurants to enjoy year-round.

Transportation is a breeze as you are walking distance to Deak Ferenc, Astoria and the yellow line on Andrassy. You are also 3-4 minutes by foot from the Opera house and St. Stephen's Basilica.

75 Euro is the monthly building common cost (which covers the rubbish removal, sewer, municipal tax, building cleaning, lights, security, gardening etc...).

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
