This ground floor property features a beautiful, multi-levelled garden, and shared areas include the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a spacious living room with a large, flat-screen TV, and a bathroom.

This apartment is situated on Rue Brugmann, in a tranquil, green area called Uccle. Tenants will have two tram lines within a minute walk from the flat, so accessing the city center will be effortless. You will be living near Parc Brugmann, which is the perfect place for a jog or a picnic.

What we liked the most

  • The highlight of this flat is no doubt the beautiful terrace, featuring multiple levels that look out to the landscaped garden. There is a BBQ and patio furniture for those who like grilling!
  • The common living room is quite spacious and comes with a large flat-screen TV.
  • This apartment has air conditioning which is a luxury.
  • The modern kitchen is a food-lover's dream: equipped with everything from a gas stove, dishwasher, oven, to a coffee machine, you will be able to whip out meals with ease.

How to book
