If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month.     • Paying the deposit by bank transfer? You must pay the deposit into the landlord's account at least 24 hours before your check-in date.
    • Paying the deposit by cash? Then you will pay the deposit to the landlord on your check-in date.

  • Salary or guarantor has to be 3 times the price of the flat + utility bills + flat fee
  • Check-in/out:

  • When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
  • Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
  • When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable

How to book
