We are searching for a nice flatmate for our beautiful and perfectly located collocation in the EU Neighborhood (Etterbeek). Our flat is completely new and renovated. In total, there are 4 rooms.
We have a great atmosphere in our collocation; we are living together, one doctor from Belgium, one journalist from Ireland and one Business Development manager from France. Now, we are searching for our fourth one.
DETAILS:
-Fully renovated, completely new, and Fully furnished: full-equipped Kitchen, washing Machine, dryer, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, aspirator, fridge with freezer, toaster…
-5th and Top Floor (with Elevator) in a Residence Building with a calm and spectacular view. High ceilings and bright room. We have a great, cozy, and sunny balcony also.
-We have a great atmosphere in our collocation; we are living together, one doctor from Belgium, one journalist from Ireland, and one Business Development manager from France. Super international, super cozy, and positive vibes-only mentality. We respect each other’s calmness and quietness as well. House rules: Cleaning, No pets, No Smoking, No party in the house to respect others.
-Landlord lives on the property.
-No Agency FEE. Kind, Flexible, English-Speaking, and Very Responsive Landlady. Since we are not a professional agency, we took those pictures with our regular phones; therefore, the flat is much better than the pictures!
-Necessary Papers: ID, last 3 months' Pay Slips, Employment Contract, Internship Contract, if you are not an employee then, you guarantor needs to provide those documents.
-Lanlord also lives on the property.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
