This unique and spacious 3-bedroom apartment is available for rent on Rue Lens in Ixelles. Why is it unique? It’s a three-floor apartment with the main level, a bottom level, and a lofted bedroom. When you walk in, you’ll come upon the entry, which has a lovely sofa, table, and chairs, while the living room has another sofa and a flatscreen TV. This apartment has a special loft area, where you can find one of the three bedrooms, which comes with a double bed and storage. The fully-equipped kitchen on the main floor has a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge, and a coffeemaker. There are plenty of utensils and storage with its drawers and cabinets. Here you’ll also have access to a courtyard area, where smoking is permitted. Down the corridor, you’ll find a room with a toilet and sink, which is next-door to the bathroom with a shower, sink, and a towel heater. Down in the ground level, there is a practical storage area for clothes and the second bedroom. This bedroom has a large double bed, a desk, and storage with two chests of drawers. Similarly down the hall, you’ll find a second bedroom with a double bed, storage, and a walk-in closet. On this level, there is a washer and dryer, and another bathroom, which has a bathtub and a shower. Beautiful and renovated, you can’t pass up the opportunity to live in this apartment with your friends.

Located south of the city center, Ixelles is an affluent neighborhood with beautiful homes. Diverse and exciting, you’ll feel right at home here. Around the block, you’ll find plenty of shops and stores, including a West African restaurant called La Case Créole. Supermarkets nearby include Shop & Go Louise.

  • It is a perk to have two bathrooms in a three bedroom home.
  • Lovely living space, which is great for having friends over for a movie night or dinner.
  • The location is in a fantastic part of town!
