Es un vecindario muy tranquilo situado a diez minutos de la Iglesia de la Encarnación, Mercado de la Ribera (donde podrás encontrar diferentes variedades de nuestra gastronomía típica) y del Casco viejo de Bilbao, desde donde podrás llegar a cualquier parte de la capital. El Museo Guggenheim, el Museo de arte, universidad de Deusto y demás sitios de interés. Tiene las estaciones de metro de Santutxu o la del Casco viejo a diez minutos andando. Supermercado a cinco minutos. Centro médico a otros cinco minutos. Todo cercano y accesible. Un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de esta gran ciudad.
