What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

HABITACIÓN/PISO EN EL CENTRO DE BILBAO PERFECTO PARA ESTUDIANTES DISPONIBLE SOLO PARA ALQUILER DE 1 DE SEPTIEMBRE A 1 DE JULIO (10 MESES) (ALQUILER DE TEMPORADA, NO LARGA ESTANCIA) Aunque se encuentra muy céntrico, el piso es tranquilo y muy silencioso, además tiene mucha luz. La distribución del piso es la siguiente: Se entra al hall y seguido tenemos una amplia cocina-comedor con mesa para 4 personas, con vitrocerámica, nevera, horno, microondas, lavadora, cubertería, batería de cocina y demás, con ventana. Salón con sofa y sillón, smart tv 40” y el router de la fibra (WIFI), con ventana. Aseo con lavabo y WC. Baño con lavabo, WC y plato de ducha, con ventana. Dormitorio 1: Cama de 150, armario, escritorio y silla, con ventana. Dormitorio 2: Cama de 135 con canapé, armarios, escritorio y silla, con ventana. Dormitorio 3: Cama de 150, armario, escritorio y silla, con ventana. Dispone de calefacción de gas por radiadores en todas las estancias y agua caliente eléctrica. Las camas y los colchones son nuevos, se proporcionan juegos de sábanas nuevos también. LOCALIZACIÓN Respecto a la ubicación del apartamento, se encuentra en el Casco Viejo de Bilbao, a 2 minutos del Mercado de la Ribera y de la iglesia de San Antón, una de las iglesias más antiguas de Bilbao. A menos de 10 minutos andando del Arenal y a 15 minutos andando al comienzo de la Gran Vía, que es la zona comercial de Bilbao y donde se encuentra El Corte Inglés. TRANSPORTE PÚBLICO El piso está a 5 minutos andando del Metro del Casco Viejo que conecta Bilbao con diferentes partes de Bizkaia y Universidades, a 3 minutos de la parada del tranvía que conecta muy bien con Bilbao y es cómodo y muy rápido (deja en la Universidad de Deusto), y a 3 minutos de la parada del Bilbobus que también conecta muy bien con el resto de zonas de Bilbao. También encuentras a 15 minutos andando la estación de tren de Abando de Renfe Cercanías y Larga Distancia y la estación principal de Bizkaibus, donde se cogen autobuses a la UPV/EHU de Leioa. Además, la parada de taxis está a 1 minuto andando del apartamento. SERVICIOS Gracias a que el piso se encuentra muy céntrico, tiene todos los servicios necesarios a un paso. Hay un supermercado grande Carrefour a 1 minuto andando, y también un supermercado más pequeño que abre domingos y festivos a 3 minutos andando, un BM a 5 minutos andando, etc. Estar ubicado en la zona del Casco Viejo de Bilbao es un privilegio ya que esta área cuenta con calles peatonales llenas de tiendas y edificios históricos. En cuanto a salud, tenemos dos ambulatorios muy cerca, uno a 1 minuto andando y el otro a 10 minutos andando. El hospital más cercano sería el Hospital Público de Basurto con el que se conecta en tranvía fácilmente ya que deja en la puerta del hospital. La farmacia más cercana al piso está a 3 minutos andando. SE ALQUILA POR HABITACIONES A 500€ CADA UNA GASTOS INCLUIDOS. Preferiblemente a estudiantes ya que el piso está acondicionado para ello, aunque no se descartan otro tipo de inquilinos. Las mascotas están permitidas bajo petición. Fianza de 1 mes.
