The key handover can take place Monday to Friday from 10 am until 3 pm. Please note that the check in/move into the apartment starts at 3 pm. Check in on the weekends or bank holidays are currently not possible. If your contract start date is on a weekend or bank holidays, the move in will take place on the following working day.
