This 30 m² studio available to rent in Friedrichshain is a sunny and modern property. The studio has wood flooring, lots of windows, a double bed, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen corner has a dining table for two and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and store food. There is also a clean and modern bathroom.
Friedrichshain is a district known for having a lively atmosphere and nightlife scene. On Krossener Straße, you are in a great location within 10 minutes of movie theaters, art galleries, international restaurants, cafés, and several U-bahn and tram stops.
