There is also a supermarket 5 minutes away from the property, so you can get your groceries easily and hassle free.
From the house to the Spandau train station it takes less than 8 minutes by public transport (2 bus stops, bus no. 137: Leubnitzer Weg and M37: Blasewitzer Ring) can be reached on foot in two minutes) . It takes 5 minutes from the Spandau train station to Charlottenburg, 10 minutes to the Zoological Garden and Technical University, 13 minutes to the main train station, to Friedrichstr. 17 to Ostbahnof 25 minutes and to the S-Bahn ring 5 minutes with the regional train (AB area) to Schöneberg with the regional train about 20 minutes. The ICE, regional train. U-7 and S 9 and S3 are also at Spandau station.

If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
