Overview An optimal apartment for anyone who wants to live in one of the most exciting cities. The apartment convinces with open spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, high ceilings and parquet flooring. In addition, the apartment offers high-quality materials, underfloor heating and a video intercom system.

The location of your new apartment brings various leisure opportunities; whether it is a relaxing walk along the Spree, a day at Müggelsee or yet a destination in the center of Berlin. But even there you can get in no time due to the good connection to the public transport network. Thus, the apartment offers the perfect balance between idyllic tranquility and exciting activities. The old town of Köpenick is within walking distance, where you will find cafes, restaurants and small stores. It is only 10 minutes by streetcar to the Köpenick S-Bahn station, which also brings with it the possibility of running larger errands in the Forum. The Müggelsee and the Wuhlheide are also a meeting place for families and sports enthusiasts.

Via the nearby bus and train lines you can easily reach the city center to experience the true charm of Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg and Alexanderplatz. - Own streetcar station Lindenstraße/Bahnhofstraße - 6 min. by streetcar to the old town Köpenick - S-Bahn station Köpenick only 10 min. away - DB-Ostkreuz approx. 20 min. by car - Friedrichstraße approx. 35 min. by car - Airport / BER: approx. 15 min. by car

1) The start date of the contract can be the 1st or the 16th of each month. The end date of the contract can be the 15th or the end of the month.

2) Our contract charges are biweekly. This means that if your move in date is from the 1st to the 15th of the month, full rent will be charged and if your move in date is from the 16th to the end of the month, half the rent will be charged.

3) Once the booking is confirmed and all documents are received, we will send you a rental contract via email and You need to sign it & send it back to me within 48hours.

4) Registration possible and the necessary document will be provided post the move-in

5) The check in can only take place Monday to Friday 9 am until 6 pm. Check in on the weekends or national holidays would be possible upon request for a small fee of 100€

6) Liability insurance is required for your stay and that needs to be submitted to us within 15 days from your move in date.. We recommend you to search for one yourself with a keyword “Haftpflichtversicherung“

7) Other costs: GEZ-Gebühr (TV license) 17,50€

8) Final cleaning fee: 270 €

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can make a request for the property. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
