Freshly renovated apartment in full equipment with ceilings over 3 meters high, newly furnished and new kitchen. Facility is located in a large green area, which can be shared by all. Raised first floor almost like 1st floor, good transport links. The entire apartment including the kitchen was completely refurnished and equipped in 2022.
The fully equipped kitchen has, among other things, a refrigerator with freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washer-dryer and all kitchen accessories. Completion beginning of April. In the living/dining room is, among other things, a large designer couch and a TV board with a 4K Ultra HD Smart TV 50 inches. Dining table with two chairs, wardrobe, blinds and balcony with balcony furniture. The bedroom has a box spring bed 160x200cm bed. A large wardrobe and a bedside table with lamp. Bathroom: shower, washbasin with mirror and vanity unit and an external window. Hallway: wardrobe, hat and shoe rack, large wardrobe with mirror and further storage space. Basement: Large cellar. Other: Complete equipment of the apartment including accessories (extensive kitchen and bathroom equipment, towels, soap dispenser, bed linen as well as bedding, sofa cushions and blankets, ironing board, iron, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner, mop as well as various decorative elements).
