Furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms for rent on Guerickestraße (a side street between Ernst-Reuter-Platz and Richard-Wagner-Platz). The property is on the 4th floor of an old building without an elevator.
A few minutes to the subway station Richard-Wagner-Platz with the longest subway line in Berlin (U7) and various buses to the Zoological Garden and Central Station. Within walking distance you can reach the river Spree, Charlottenburg Palace and Park and the German Opera.
The apartment has been freshly renovated this year including a newly refurbished bathroom.
The 30 m² bright bedroom and the 35 m² living room have a ceiling height of 3.35 m.
In the bedroom is solid oak parquet laid in a herringbone pattern, in the living room 7 m long floorboards. The old stove in the living room is only for decoration. Both the living room and the bedroom are furnished with white solid wood furniture in country style.
In the living room you will find a pull-out sofa suitable for sleeping. The lying surface is 2 m x 1,40 m. In the small room (8 m²) is an extendable sofa bed.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances from the company AEG: refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and a washer-dryer from the manufacturer Miele.
The stated warm rent includes all costs: besides incidental costs (central heating, garbage, etc.) also electricity (limited to 80 €) and Internet (50 Mbits).
Smokers and pets are not welcome. The apartment is rather unsuitable for a flatshare due to its outline.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
If you’re considering an early exit from your lease, it’s important to let your landlord know 30 days in advance unless your agreement specifies otherwise. Failing to provide this notice means you’re still liable for the rent during that period, even if you’ve moved out.
