The 64 m² property feels new with fresh painted walls, polished wood floors, and modern amenities. The bedroom is a large and bright room with access to a balcony. The living room also receives plenty of natural light and comes with a sofa-bed, armchair, flat-screen TV, and wardrobe. The kitchen is also quite spacious with a small breakfast table for 2.
On Bergheimer Platz, the apartment is in a lovely residential area well-connected by public transport and full of amenities.
