The sophisticated space
Because it's a timeless beauty
Will I like it here?
Definitely. Examine the intricate details of the art in the living room. The table even has seashells in it. Guests are sure to compliment it.
Really? Tell me more...
You'll always have room to breathe here. Practice yoga in the spacious living room or even the bedroom. You can watch a movie with friends in the living room. Or catch up on a show on the TV in the bedroom. Have a private bite at the table in the kitchen.
We think it's a great place for a couple with an eye for the details. The kitchen makes it easy to follow every recipe to a 'T'. Keep everything in its place with all the wardrobe space in the bedroom. Display your favorite pieces on the shelves in the living room.

And this...

“There are beautiful wooden floors and high ceilings in the whole apartment.”
Give it to me straight...
This is a 1st floor apartment with 1 bedroom on Hohenzollerndamm, Berlin. It has plenty of space to stretch out and even has a balcony. Whether you're in the living room or bedroom, you can watch a new film on TV.
We think a couple who likes to keep things tidy will love this place. Between all the storage in the bedroom and the shelving and cabinets in the living room, being organized is easy. Plus, the decor is absolutely charming.
