This nice, charming and recently renovated 1-bedroom apartment for rent in Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf has a living room with a large comfy couch, TV, shelving and a dinning table. From here you can wander into the farm-style kitchen that is fully equipped, with white brick splash-backs, wooden shelves, SMEG fridge and a large kitchen sink. The bedroom is simple with a double bed, wardrobe and shelving. The bathroom has a rain shower unit, heated towel rails and a washing machine. In the corridor you will find lots of storage, coat rack and space for shoes in the walk in closet. The apartment also has a nice balcony, not shown in the pictures.
The area is well connected by public transport so getting around the city is no problem. You can walk to the Charlottenburg Palace, a very pretty Baroque summer palace with huge gardens and lakes, ideal for a morning jog or evening stroll. You are within a 10 minute walk to REWE, ALDI, NETTO, LIDL and other supermarkets and shops.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is super bright due to the large windows through the unit.
- Everything is brand new as the apartment has been recently renovated.
- In the kitchen, the exposed brickwork on one side of the wall makes such a great featured piece.

- The apartment is on the 4th floor with no lifts.
