Beautiful rustic studio apartment in the charming Löwenberger Land, well located for cycling tours, hikes, trips to the Uckermark, Mecklenburg Lake District and (conveniently by public transport) to Berlin. Three bathing lakes 4, 6, 10km away. On 4000sqm of land.
There is a lovely cat (Piccola) who spends a lot of time outside.

Rustic charm thanks to lots of wood inside, pleasant indoor climate thanks to clay construction, art wherever you look...!

The entire upper floor (approx. 110sqm and the studio above it as well as the garden are accessible to you.
Other important information
The flowers and the kitten would appreciate occasional attention... A garbage can may also have to be rolled out to the street for emptying.
