We think this is great for mellow people with a little moxie. Sip a brewski on your private patio. Share a 6-pack with neighbors on the common terrace.

This is a studio apartment on Carrer de Guàrdia in Barcelona. It’s a small and quiet space that doesn't get a lot of light, so you can enjoy your sleep.

It’s ideal for a young couple or a single individual who likes to go with the flow and enjoy the night life. There are tapas bars and night clubs all around.

What we liked the most

  • Sitting back and relaxing – everything is taken care of.
  • Spending time with your neighbors – the shared courtyard is awesome.
  • Contemplating the funky deco – it really ties the room together.
  • The terrace is closed from 17:00 each day (and on weekends) to avoid noise issues.

Things to keep in mind

  • The closest bowling alley is too far away – what a bummer.
