The Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, supermarkets, and several beautiful parks are also nearby. At 72 sqm it features a shared bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, and lots of storage. The bright and comfortable living room has high ceilings, a sofa, dining table, and television. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a washing machine.

  • This apartment has great amenities like an oven and a washing machine, which can be hard to come by in the city.
  • The price is very reasonable considering the apartment's size, location, and amenities. It is a great option for students.
  • Wi-Fi is already installed and activated in the property!

  • The landlord does live on the property, so any issues you have with the apartment can be quickly resolved.
  • There is only one bathroom to share, however it is quite spacious.
