For your comfort there is a private fridge in your room, we provide fan or heater according to season. Building located in one of the best areas of Barcelona. Public transportation (metro, bus and tram), pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and stores at walking distance. Nearby parks, historic sites: Sagrada Familia, Arco de Triunfo, Barrio Gótico. This apartment is in a historical building with elevator. It has kitchen with oven and microwave for common use. For your convenience in the kitchen each tenant has a private cabinet with basic utensils to cook and eat. There are two complete bathrooms and one toilet to be shared. Services of internet, water and electricity are included. Also, there is a cleaning service twice a week of common areas.   • No smoking.
  • Lost keys or damages of a lock have a cost of 50€. If you break the lock you will be responsible for the locksmith and the replacement of the lock. If that happens during the night or the weekend you will have to call the locksmith yourself.
  • IF SOMEONE STAYS OVERNIGHT IN YOUR ROOM YOU WILL HAVE TO GIVE PRIOR NOTICE AND PAY 20€ PER NIGHT FOR THE ADDITIONAL GUEST. MAXIMUM STAY OF EXTRA GUEST IS 5 NIGHTS IN A ROW. ONLY ONE EXTRA GUEST IN THE WHOLE PROPERTY.
  • It's mandatory to leave the kitchen and bathroom clean after using them.
  • Couples are not allowed; double beds are also for single use.

If any of the house rules is broken or if you put in risk the security and quiet of the guests, it may result in immediate expulsion.
