What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Mi hogar es acogedor, se respira paz y tranquilidad. Sólo somos tres vecinos por planta. Hay un total de ocho plantas. Hay servicio de conserjería en horario de oficinas, hay cámaras de seguridad y los pisos tienen video portero. El barrio está ubicado en el centro izquierdo de la ciudad, es el límite del centro, por eso estamos enfrente del barrio residencial de Les Corts y para un lado a pocos minutos la Estación de Sants y para el otro el barrio de Sarrià, la zona alta de Barcelona. Contamos con metro, tranvía, tren y buses. Centro comercial , tiendas, supermercados, restaurantes, hospitales, farmacias, universidades, etc.

What we liked the most

  • Discovering your new fave restaurant – will it be Peruvian or Italian?
  • Putting your feet up after a busy day on the cosy couch – ah, that's the dream right there.
  • Enjoying the warm summer sun on the covered terrace – without the risk of a sunburn. Sweet.

Things to keep in mind

  • You're sleeping on the bottom bunk in Bedroom 2 – Landlord's orders.
  • The landlord has allergies so needs to keep the apartment clean.
  • Bedroom 1 does not get natural light.
